I wanted to sew a replica of a school uniform from the 40's. I used the free pattern that the Pleasant Company created years ago for their American Girl doll "Molly".
It was hard to find a good match for the plaid fabric they used and even more difficult to find the right trim. The trim I found isn't 100% the same but close enough. I'm happy with the way the outfit turned out.
It is modeled by "Clarissa" one of my AG dolls. Hope you'll enjoy looking at it!
