| Here is the artisan bread I baked: This one I don't do on a regular basis as it's kind of a special bread and requires to remember to start it on time. It takes 16 hours to rise so I have to remember to start it at the end of the afternoon the day before i need it and then it will take an hour to bake. It is a heartier bread with a crunchy crust, with a taste kind of the sourdough as it rise for so long, but not exactly as sourdough breads require a "starter". I'll say it's a "quick" version of the sourdough bread! Don't be bashful, have yourself a slice! | |

warm tuna would be but the filling is delicious also the almond are in powder roasted in butter mix with a cream... yeah, that's my fav plates! we use them for special days and meals... Don't know if you went in the What's Up but I have finally posted the pics of the snow we got on the 6th, it's in the Shire but in a new section I called "Hobbiton" Got to move that galette in a "pastry" thread, just realized I put it with my breads.... | |

| The baking time isn't too bad about 20 min. What is longer is the making of the bread. | |
